Always gives a "temporary communication issues" error. This is a permanent error, and its unsettling. As a parent, this is not safe or efficient for transporting children with special needs. The app needs fixing and FAST. Sorely disappointed with the app. I always end up having to call the support line to get information about my child's ride. She's nonverbal and this makes me so uneasy.

It's not "real time tracking." It's an app that keeps track of the scheduled pick up time then counts down from there even if no driver is en route. There's a map that is not interactive or live. The actual position of the vehicle is never shown. The app does show current and future scheduled pick ups/ drop offs. It's easy to cancel a pick up with 1 touch, but it cannot be changed, only cancelled completely.

Wonderful app. Reading other reviews, it looks like they weren't getting real time tracking in the past but either the app has been updated since then or it depends on your region because it absolutely has real time tracking now. I can see exactly where the driver is before she picks up my son, I can see exactly where they are as they pick up another child, and I'm notified exactly when he's dropped off. I never got this level of information from the school bus system. Highly recommend!

If there is -5 stars I would give it to them! Driver never picked up my special needs kid and still managed to go to the drop off school without her! I called to make a complaint. If she isn't capable of following directions thru and app who knows where she would be dropping her off! Pick up time is not obeyed by the driver. Was waiting for 15 minutes! They always give 3 different pick up ETA's. Not professional or responsible AT ALL!!!!

The app didn't do anything. It never went past the home page. No past, present or future trips ever loaded, which seems to be one of the apps major problems. I'm definitely sorry that I didn't read some of the reviews before I got frustrated enough to ask their support team for assistance. They offered no help other than advise me to call dispatch. Hopefully they can work out the bugs because it looks like a very handy app. Until then, I won't rely on it to keep track of my child.

This is a horrible app. The expectation is that I am able to track my child's ride to school, yet the location tracking is never accurate, and the times are always off ( I understand that traffic/travel isn't always on time. ) If I could see where my child actually is in REAL TIME (for example in Dallas I can actually track the location of a train/bus) then I would.be more inclined to be more trustful of this companies seriousness in keeping my child's well-being as their top priority.

This app is good for when I want to know when my driver is at my location. Other than that, the app is very problematic as it got the make and model of the car wrong, gave me the wrong plate number, and tracked my driver very poorly. I'd be more than happy to change my review if these problems are fixed.

This app and ever driven itself is a joke. I have been watching for my sons ride for over an hour, and he never showed up. Then I look at the app again, and it shows up as a student with no show. I have been waiting over half an hour for someone to pick up at ever driven, and still, I'm waiting. I can't trust this company with my kids if they can't get their act together.
