Don't use this company - they seem cheap but once you're at their location - away from the airport with no other options available, they hit you with a ton of additional charges. Taking an electronic signature means you don't see what you're signing or know what they're changing. They took nearly 3 times what they quoted and never once mentioned the full amount to me. Just take a look at their reviews and then do yourself a favour and pay a little more to go to a legitimate company.

Don't do it. Look for an alternative hire company. Take enterprise for an example. This company will give you a quote online and then when you've pre - booked it all... providing all your documentation, the moment you show up in person, they suddenly overcharge you! Plus you don't even end up with the vehicle that you want. And to have a like for like of the vehicle you wanted, you've got to pay more. Another £80!! That was my experience anyway. Nothing what they made it seem. Scammers.

I had an experience alright! Yes I had to wait an hour or more however received exquisite customer service. Indeed a long line, customer's knowing or having requirements...I did my homework. I preregistered online and had all forms of payments as well as insurance documents. I was in and out within minutes. After mentioning the time taken from my reservation, I received an upgrade that made me do my HAPPY DANCE! So that you kind Sir for giving me an early Christmas gift. PREPARE B4U get there!

Completely inop. As soon as you tap any area to enter data the screen flashes and jumps back to the same screen with a label saying "please enter a valid email address" or whatever input box you were trying to type. No page on the entire app will accept any input which makes it completely useless!

I've used this company three times at Leeds Bradford airport and every time they couldn't be more helpful, they have upgraded me more than once because the car I ordered wasn't available at no extra charge, the staff were great and not stuck up like other rent a car companies, everything was explained to me in the office in black and white and I was in and out in five minutes, excellent company and great staff looking forward to getting back to the UK so I can use them again.

Do not rent from this company! If you are not lucky enough to be overcharged they will try to make you pay more money. The prices shown on the website or app are real until you het there and realize that you need to pay more from different reasons. It is definitely not the worst Car Rental Company , but not very far from it. Service is bad; Some people who work there treat customers as beggars; Cars are dirty.. Maybe i made a mistake and instead rating the app I rated the company? What a shame!

This mobile app is utterly useless. When you select pick up date and time it automatically sets up the same date for the drop off date. When you select different date for drop off time it will switch the pick up date automatically to the same date. So whatever you do you always end up with the same date for pick up and drop off times because this is how this bloody system works. So all your discount codes and vouchers are good for nothing. Looks liket it set set up this way on purpose because you cannot utilize your discount codes but only through this unhelpful app.

Do not rent a car at this company at all! We tried to hire a car in May 2019 at Dublin airport. We called the company when we arrived to airport and they said that car will arrive in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, nothing happened. No car, no call. We cancelled the rental and requested refund. They responded as slow as possible. They refunded only 30%. It is more fraud, than rental company.
