Always excellent with Starline, nice safe drivers, punctual, friendly and courteous. Tonight was no exception with new driver Shahid - absolutely faultless, super chap, a pleasure to be driven by. App is excellent, so quick and easy, but great guys on the phone if you don't have WiFi. It's all good at Starline 👍.

Brilliant app, have used it several times now. Cars are often dispatched instantly, longest I've had to wait is about five mins and then I can watch it driving towards me on the map. Great booking experience.

Most drivers are fine, but the occasional rude driver. Also, when you book in advance it doesn't actually mean you've booked for them to come at that time, as they are always late, it can vary between 5-30 mins usually. Recommend using other taxi services.

When the app works, it's great but often you just find yourself waiting for it for 20 minutes as the app hasn't picked up the location and the driver is somewhere miles out. Honestly not the greatest experience.

Worked a dream. I was panicking as we got the wrong bus from London back to Tewkesbury and needed a Taxi from Cheltenham late on a Sunday evening. The app worked fine and even though the bus was slightly behind schedule the driver waited for us. He did ring me a few times but my phone was on silent on the bus and I missed them. I also tried the A2B Cheltenham app, that doesn't work. It seems Starline are ahead of the game, Uber don't have any cars in the area. I think the driver was Uma Raja

Taxi Confirmed doesn't mean confirmed. Booked a taxi, it said booking confirmed, 20 minutes after taxi should have come I called up and they said they had nothing available for at least an hour. They need to change the wording in the app so it doesn't say your booking is confirmed because it isn't.
