Potentially great app but cluttered. Needs a first screen with car info like: mileage, gasoline consumption average and latest, liters of petrol left, tire pressure per tire, estimated date for next service, license plate number, vin, etc. Some of that is a bit hidden away in the app. Additionally the app often refuses to start and shows 'error' forcing me to delete its data and re-login each time. Also I noticed that during the day the headlights go out on the side when you use the turn signal.

I was advised to download this app when collecting my new car. The app will not let me register as it will not accept my password, which meets all requested criteria. Reading all the other reviews, this is a known problem at Renault/Dacia that still has not been addressed. Maybe they just can't be bothered.

The new app upgrade is useful only for vehicles with integrated services. The old version had a counter for travelled Km, which it was very useful and is now absent on the new app. The maintenance history isn't shown in the app, although i service the vehicle only at Renault official partners. Review from a 2020 Duster owner.

App needs a little redesing, for example the button with add a new car should not be so big and not on the main interface, is not like you need to add a car 3 times per day and you need it in front. The battery life could be like a progress bar and the time till charge should be visible at the same time instead of widget pages. The sending info to the vechicle (status progress)can be present on the main page near the controls buttons, having it as a notfication looks and feels relly weird.

New version got total mileage counter removed and can't be accessed anymore from the app. While I like new design, it would be amazing to have more data in the app.

Hello, the notification option when the battery reaches a certain charge/discharge percentage would be useful. We want to stop at 80% and we have to set an extra alarm on the phone.

App stopped working in December. Infinite load on startup. Tried reinstalling, deleting cache, same deal. UPDATE: App started working around February, it is now once again been down for a while. I suspect server issues. UPDATE 2024/08/04: Started acting up again couple months back, the GPS functionality died first, now shows nothing, no charge state, no kilometers, basically useless.

After the last update it does not show the charging status or the duration to full charge. It only shows the charge level. No indication if it's charging or not. I have a Dacia Spring
