The instructions aren't very clear on how to get the new seasonal watch faces that periodically come up. You have to change your watch face to 'seasonal', then you can go into the settings of the watch face directly and change it to the new one.

I made the mistake of installing this app and lost my reliable watch face. It had everything I wanted exactly the way I wanted it. There are only a few watch face options and all of them are terrible. I truly hate when these options are taken away because it makes the watch less personal and less enjoyable. I want my old watch face back and I do not want this update. Everything they updated was useless to start with and now fewer options. I want my watch face back or I want a different watch.

To me, it can do everything that any other smartwatch and so many options for watch faces. It's cheaper than an apple or Samsung watch and to me, better. I'd choose this watch over those or any other any day.

Removed all good watch faces, leaving boring and tacky ones to chose from, with absolutely no explanation. Bring back mood or make old faces available for purchase

this watch has an internal file storage, but Facebook and Instagram accounts seem to be the only ways to get background images for these watch faces . other third-party watch faces do not suffer from this problem .

This is not good it won't update. And there is no watch faces that I like all the watch faces are black I am a 12 year old girl and I say I need new nicer watch faces and the facer app ain't working either. Ok bye.💗🍪☺️

latest version of the app removes most of the seasonal faces And does not Notify when new seasonal faces are available.

. No one is happy with the updates on this so stop removing watch faces. You should actually being back the old ones or at least let us download them
