Though software is good, In the software, some more features need can be added to improve it further, i.e., it will be good to have a "Resolved" or "Closed" button, or comments option if concern is resolved already. Also, some times if there is CDN issue, it doesn't download the attachment and does not throw any error or send alerts about the issue

Children had good vocabulary at very small age .. teachers are good , they are understanding every child issues and engaging the children. Small request is ... Why the school only won't provide printouts ... Every small printout is requested by the child to get on there own.

This is 3rd day of raising concern.No action till now shows how serious you are in solving the issues After the update unable to download open any files from Announcement section.. Giving error message please download file support application from Play Store..Before pushing any new updates pls verify if everything working as expected...

other than fee detail module, i dont see any other content. Like calendar, holiday list, videos, gallery, attendence, school policies, monthly events... when can we expect these content.

Payment gateway is very poor... Now I am not able to see payment option in the app. No option to download receipt...
