The App is amazing with all it's features exactly how they've been advertised. I'd give 4 stars. I'm bringing it down to a 2 star only because of the fact that I've to keep logging in every single time and setup the earphones from the start. Every. Single. Time.

Had to download this app to use the controls for their noise masterbuds. It asks for phone number and location! to adjust settings in the earphones u paid for. This should be illegal. Customers should file a consumer complaint in court for the privacy nightmare in this app. Notwithstanding, the hardware is good. Bring in offline mode, Guest sign in, and Make all the personal data sharing - Opt-in!

Really having a hard time using this app. Even after saving all the touch gestures they won't work after a few min or if we are connecting the buds next time. what's the point of having a dedicated app which have lot of bugs. However we don't have any other option instead of using this application to adjust the touch controls again and again, this app will not connect with the buds instantly. it will ask us to reconnect multiple times. Really having a very bad experience with this app.

I really liked the buds. And I also have Oppo buds like Enco X2. Sound tuning is done quite right. Here are the improvements that I expect in the app based on my pref. 1. Perhaps another super silent anc level more silent that the 3 modes currently available, if technically doable. 2. Badly need an option to turn off all touch or tap responses on both buds. A huge con considering they are hit or miss for me and buds don't always remember my settings in app. 3. LHDC enable option in app itself.

I must say you guys have made the worst product ever so far. The problem which I am facing is first the sound quality is so poor even after you branded it by integrated with Bose, I am not satisfied with the sound quality, The second thing which I faced is that I have to pair it again and again with your Application after a single use.

Very surprised to see such a poor app for a so called Sound by Bose. no controls provided for the buds only information. Really sad and find app from boat much more intutive.the app images shown in email is not available in the app at all.

APP:- Overall the app is good, it doesn't have the quality and sleek design like you would expect from a 8k TWS or sound by BOSE. EQUALIZER:- This is the reason for 1 ⭐ The equalizer is very bad, very low customization. Please improve it, provide a option for advance setting with bands.
