TNAS Mobile, một công cụ quản lý di động được thiết kế riêng cho các thiết bị dòng TNAS của TerraMaster, cho phép bạn dễ dàng khám phá và điều khiển các thiết bị TNAS của mình từ mọi nơi, mọi lúc. Ứng dụng này tích hợp khả năng quản lý tệp mạnh mẽ, hỗ trợ tải lên, tải xuống tệp tức thì, sao lưu tự động và truy cập từ xa, nâng cao đáng kể sự tiện lợi và hiệu quả quản lý dữ liệu của bạn.

Đối với các thiết bị TNAS được nâng cấp lên TOS 6.0 trở lên, phiên bản mới TNAS Mobile giới thiệu công nghệ kết nối VPN. Bằng cách kích hoạt dịch vụ VPN trên thiết bị di động của bạn, một đường hầm mã hóa an toàn được thiết lập trên internet, đảm bảo truyền dữ liệu nhanh chóng và an toàn giữa bạn và thiết bị TNAS, giúp trải nghiệm truy cập từ xa mượt mà hơn và không gặp rắc rối.

Based on reviews, I didn't think this app was legit. Tried it out, and had no problems. Was able to login to my TNAS (TOS v6.1), tell it to backup my camera photos automatically, but only when connected to wifi, and set what camera folder specifically and where to put them on the NAS. I haven't a need for it to do anything else yet, but for that purpose, it works well and could not have been easier to setup

It's only good for file management, if you want to do anything useful then there are no management functions. Can't see which apps are running, start or stop backups, install or remove apps, see progress of backups. And what's with the 5 seconds network performance, useless.

Unable to connect to v4.2 NAS. Tried everything. A browser let's me log on and access, but not this App 08/31/2025 No change 😞

good but some time have errors mostly VPN notification I don't know how I turn off VPN notification

I expect more from a company that is this known. The indexed photo quality is terrible, blurry and I have to click on view original photo on each one I want a better quality. I would like to just view everything in good quality even if it's not on my phone. Like Google Photos. The cached photo quality when not downloaded is still very good. Also I cannot choose the folder I want the photos to backup to. I select /Media, but then it backs it up in /Media/backup_Phone/Camera for example.

tnas mobile does not connect to tnas using android phone. on iPhone there is no issue and the app works fine, surely the android app is not working it keeps spinning and it is unresponsive. I am unable to do anything on the app for android only ☹️

This app is coming on in leaps and bounds. All items are now fully functioning and I haven't (yet) found any errors. Well done Terramaster and keep up the good work!

Buggy and unreliable. Constantly "password incorrect" when logging even though it's set to remember me. So I just press login until it seems to remember my password is in fact correct. Remote connection is slow compared to my other nas devices from WD. It's not possible to select content from the gallery and upload, instead you must open the app and navigate to the folder your content is located. Bigger files stall/fail to upload. Support is reponsive but not really helpful.
