Trong ứng dụng của UL, bạn có thể tìm kiếm hành trình của mình một cách nhanh chóng và dễ dàng cũng như mua vé xe buýt và xe lửa của chúng tôi.Chuyến đi tìm kiếm:
• Tìm kiếm nhanh chuyến đi từ vị trí hiện tại của bạn hoặc bằng cách chọn địa điểm và thời điểm bạn muốn đi du lịch.
• Kết quả tìm kiếm hiển thị các tùy chọn di chuyển khác nhau và khoảng cách đi bộ có thể đến các điểm dừng cũng như bản đồ giúp bạn tìm đúng địa điểm dễ dàng hơn.
• Lưu các chuyến đi thường xuyên nhất của bạn làm mục yêu thích. Sử dụng trái tim trong kết quả tìm kiếm để yêu thích một chuyến đi.
• Theo dõi xe buýt và xem vị trí của xe buýt ngay trên bản đồ.
Mua vé:
• Mua vé 75 phút, vé 24 giờ hoặc 72 giờ chỉ trong vài giây.
• Thanh toán dễ dàng bằng Swish, thẻ thanh toán (Visa hoặc MasterCard) hoặc tiền mặt du lịch.
• Nếu trên tàu có máy đọc vé, hãy hướng điện thoại có vé vào đó, nếu không thì đưa vé cho tài xế xe buýt hoặc người soát vé.
Rối loạn giao thông:
• Mọi sự gián đoạn hoặc chậm trễ giao thông đều được hiển thị cùng với kết quả tìm kiếm của bạn.
Bạn cần có kết nối internet để có thể mua vé và tìm kiếm chuyến đi. Ứng dụng cũng cần có quyền truy cập vào chức năng định vị của thiết bị di động để có thể đề xuất các lựa chọn di chuyển từ vị trí hiện tại của bạn.

Too much fine print for my liking. For instance, the student ticket says you just need a valid student ID. If you go to the website, it defines student IDs as applying to some gaudyapps and going through a convoluted process to get an SL logo on a digital card. They could make it more secure so folks don't by the student card by mistake, such as adding more details,or just having their own student service. Then again the likely answer is they profit from the difficulty, means more surcharges.

The ticket inspection checked my student ticket. At the time I was in Sweden for less than 2 months on my study. I didn't have a Mecenat and they gave me a fee even though they could see I am a student and I could prove it. I though it is going to be fine since I am a student and had a ticket. But, when I appealed the fee they declined my appeal claiming I should always have Mecenat. How can you be so brainless? It's a student city! Have some understanding. I even had a ticket! We are new here.

The app is bad on android. When I search for a journey the menu that pops up covers the whole or half of the screen and at same time it won't be adjusted

The UL app shows completely useless connections with strange changes between busses, that take twice as long as the one and only simple connection with only one bus or train. Furthermore it doesn't show a lot of connections in the app at all, even though they do exist in actuality. Useless app and useless customer service that is blaming the customer for doing wrong when their information from different places is always contradicting each other. How I can I be sure which information to trust?

Your "internet and crash improvements" update has done the complete opposite. Constantly complains about connection issues if it doesn't crash. I'm suspecting you're either under a DDoS attack or have scaling issues in your infra/service architecture. In any case, let me help! I have six years of Android development experience as well as eight years of software/systems architecture jobs under my belt. I volunteer!

Awful. UI definitely needs to be improved. Should be possible to choose the ticket zone separately, besides the itinerary, as it was before. Max brightness is killing my eyes. Lacks of accessibility for people like me who are sensible to light. Moreover, dark mode is missing. Should I continue? Seems like a hobby project.

Unnecessarily complicated - why is there no way to see tickets and prices? Why do I need to switch to a browser to see the timetables and bus map? While the interface is nice, it's not practical and buying tickets is an absolute pain with the new app as you can't simply choose zones anymore but have to click through various windows first until you get to the zones. If you are new to the UL system, it must be even more confusing. And I have to register my credit card every time I want to top up.

Update 5 October 2019: latest update causes the purchased30 day period ticket to constantly disappearer. Only solution is to quit the app completely and restart. Pretty good, when it works. It has more accurate directions and the locations of the stops compare to Google maps. But the app often doesn't recover from sleep properly, so you need to force close and restart it. Also, the best suggested routes are not always the best.
