The App requires the IDS X-Series or IDS 806 alarm panel, Fidelity ADT Hub Communication device and Fidelity ADT SecureHome subscription.

1 star because while I'm trying to disarm my alarm it just constantly asks me to rate the app, leaving me standing outside the premises for 5 minutes with the alarm going off. After 3 months I'm gonna be leaving it at 1 star, was trying to activate the panic alarm and it kept trying to get me to rate, despite having already rated the app. Got robbed in the proses, so that's always fun.

the app is user friendly and allows to activate and deactivate remotely. allows to track your property remotely as well....

The app has gotten worse ever since the developers began changing the system of the app and house alarms. The engineers are confused as well when explaining how the app is supposed to be used and how to activate it. Whenever we set the alarm via app, it activate ls the duress alarm for emergency and ADT calls. It is annoying and it unlikely that if we had to have a real emergency, the same thing happens only for it to nothing serious. The app also was confusing when updated. Please fix this!!

I recently started using the app after joining ADT. I've used Olarm for many years, and the developers of this app can go and learn a thing or two from the Olarm app. For instance, I used the live zone status changes in Olarm to check if devices work. Cannot do it with this app. The partition button is millimetres away from the panic button, etc, etc

Since the last update we are also not getting any notifications, even when the alarm goes off?? Everything on the phones are checked and correct. I have un-installed the app, and reinstalled again, even restarted my phone but still the same. The new version is clearly not working and at this stage has become a dangerous problem.

Does not work. Whenever I open the app, you find that I have armed in the house but the app will still show unarmed. It never correspond with the actual status of the house system. I tested the panic button also...nothing happend imagine! This is all after refreshing the app so many time. Mind you this app must be a fast cause when I need it, it will be surely an emergency, disappointed 😞.

Most useless. 8/10 times it fails to arm/Disarm. I tried deleting and installing a fresn program. After a while it does the same. My wife and I have it installed on 2 phones each. Same issues. If Adt is serious about their brand they would make sure the App is competant... After all it is a life saving App. I am seriously thinking of changing to another service provider if Adt don't value their clients.

This app is useless. Can't bypass areas. The bypass function automatically switches back to unbypass. Which means I set the alarm. Have to close the app every time I bypass something before I can bypass the next item. If my property gets broken into as a result of this app not working properly. You will be hearing from my attorney. As I see by all the comments that they are all having the same or similar problems to me.
