I downloaded this app a few days ago and it was working well at first but now it won't even open when I click on it. I'm taken to a screen saying "Feelings pass, change transform. GGtude copyright 2024" with a rotating buffering circle but then the app just closes. I'm very concerned since I signed up for a free trial and will be charged if I don't cancel it within a certain amount of time. I would like help figuring out how to cancel my subscription before I get charged since it's not working.

It was cute the first few days. It's nice to think of some positive thoughts here and there. I would NOT use this in place of actual therapy for ocd; ERP is significantly more effective. It really doesn't taylor the content all that much either, and It gets repetitive quickly. BEWARE: they say they will send a reminder email before your free trial ends...that is a lie. I've seen others comment with the same issue. I had to request a refund through google. Quite the hassle for an expensive app.

It's been incredibly helpful already. In less than a week its helped me break through things i never thought i could in my life. UPDATE: I finally found this again years later. Unfortunately the UI is quite bad now. It's clear they tried to make it look nicer but it's so buggy to the point of almost inoperable. The text bubbles go too slow, some go too fast to read, the text at the bottom is covered by the next button. I miss the old basic version :(

I've found this app surprisingly helpful with dealing with catastrophic thinking and obsessive ruminating. It really is very simple but very effective, and so quick to keep up with every day. One area for improvement is the number of typos in some areas, especially Anxiety II. It is distracting but hopefully something they can get fixed.

Really great app. I feel the changes its helped me make in my thinking every day. Comforting to do the toolbox levels on a daily basis. I truly love it. I previously had a problem with the app crashing but this has been fixed. Old review below. ----- Really great app but has been crashing after every level for me for a few weeks. Reinstalling didn't help. Fortunately it still saves your position so it isn't a deal breaker.

Great app! I do not focus on how fast i go through it, but work to internalize some of the advice as different way of viewing things... One of my fav sayongs is - feeling pass, change, and transform..... Would also be nice if the app included mental compulsions, such as analyzing and reassurance in the assessment... Also, could use an update on a few spelling errors.

I have the full version and it's genuinely helpful for OCD, but it's also overpriced for how scarce the content is. Also, lots of misspelling errors exist in the app, which make it feel unprofessional especially when you're paying. I'd like to see the devs add around triple the content (more types of exercises and little games to help!) and correct the spelling mistakes. These are two big issues, but I would still recommend the free version to people for calming from OCD caused anxiety attacks.

It's not the most helpful app ever but does kill time and in the moment helps you say nice things to yourself. Worth a shot if you dont know what to say to yourself but doesnt really help to implement those behaviors. Feels more like studying flash cards for a test before learning the material if that makes any sense.
