I wanted to cancel AMC plus because the show I want it isn’t on there. I went to try to cancel. They canceled the renewal, but they will not cancel the original subscription. I literally have owned it for one hour and I can’t seem to cancel. There is no help. It’s just a complete run around in circles. In these apps you can’t actually find the help you need.

stuck in a loop of choose your subscription plan when I already have and I can't get past it. now I'm stuck paying for a month of something I can't even log into. not great

AMC+ is ruining our Android TV experience. The AMC+ app loads shows into your Play Next list, even though it is not supposed to. On my Sony Android TV, the AMC+ app is not one of the listed apps you can select/deselect for Play Next. Even worse: if you go to the bother of manually removing AMC+ shows from Play Next they will come back the next day!! AMC are being total punks in doing this, and for not remedying after 6 months of having the app. AMC - your customers deserve to choose!!

Was OK - now it freezes on Nvidia Shield Pro after startup. Only workaround is to uninstall and reauthenticate, but next day it is broken again. Yes, clearing cache and/or data tried, nothing works.

The app is unusable on Android TV. It frequently freezes, spins and gives a black screen. The only way to watch AMC+ on my TV is to cast the content to my TV. I intend to cancel the free trial.

The app stopped working and would have to reinstall just for it to play again. Now it it won’t let me reinstall. So cancelling services

Subscription not supported through different phone. I purchased through google play and downloaded the app on iPhone and iphone wants me to subscribe Separately through them to watch on my phone
