If blank screens and reboots are your thing then this app is for you. It is unreliable, flaky and does not perform well on android or iOS. Menus don't load. Maps don't work. Pages are blank. NULL messages where pages should be. A shambles

This app was working fine until this morning! It now goes around in a loop asking you if you want to download a newer version and when you do it keeps on asking the same question. Very frustrating!!

App opens , then says there is a new version and asks if you want to download . When you press ok it returns to the screen to open it . It then says there is a new version and do you want to download ....... never ending 😡

So far, I have been unable to even open this app on Android. Hotel staff is as lost as I am. The app starts and then gets stuck in the loading screen forever.

It has stopped working, app says there is a new version. I have deleted it, reinstalled it and app still does not work.

As other have said stopped working after update, goes round and round in circles. Update ready banner which cannot be removed. Needs rectifying urgently.

App was working fine now just get white screen after initial start up uninstall and reinstalled makes no difference 😑

Best holiday ever at Lara Barut.The app is an amazing idea to have for a hotel .I can only recommend the hotel !
