Barely any functionality. Can't view classes or classwork. Forced permissions, the limited functionality doesn't even work 90% of the time. Overall garbage.

I downloaded this app because it is required by my school for online work. I immediately experienced poor app design, the camera required to upload photos is stuck in landscape mode and cannot be changed, the camera button is must be pressed directly in the middle to work making it hard to use, and finally there is a 2-5 second delay on the camera from when the button is pressed to when the photo is actually taken which in my opinion is extremely unnecessary for an app like this.

This app is awful. My kids are using it for school, and I have followed every single instructional anything I can find, and when she takes a picture and submits her work it never goes to her portfolio!! I am beyond frustrated with this thing going around in circles! The funster part also doesn't offer my kid the option to not record audio. There should be an option to skip that, or enter information on manually. There's just something missing, it doesn't work at all.

Would be a great help to document learning if it works or how to get support. Evidence like photos seems to be shown uploading (the upload button icon changes colours) and then it disappears, so one would think it is uploaded successfully, but then it never appears in the portfolio page when viewed on a web browser. Then there are photos or videos that can't seem to upload; it gives you an error icon but doesn't give any sort of helpful information on why or how you might resolve it.

Even worse than Brightspace. So many usability issues (e.g. you can't only upload one gallery image at a time). But even more problematic, the files don't sync with Brightspace so it's completely useless and a waste of time. I can only surmise that school districts choose Brightspace because it is the cheapest (and worst) option available. So unfortunate for the kids.

This was working very well... until it wasnt. My sons Brightspace on his laptop suddenly shows zero "evidence" the page is completely blank. This app asked me to update, assuring me it could be used throughout the update. It kicked me out and back to the initial set up. Now it is not linked to his Brightspace, and the evidence goes to the upload queue. It is going nowhere, and there is nowhere to re-link to the laptop Brightapace. Very frustrated.

Can I give it zero? Scanning the qr code doesn't work...ok it's worked twice, but I've tried so many times I've lost count. The 2 times it did work, I took the photo of my childs work. Naturally the photos do not appear anywhere and certainly not to the teacher. Edit...the photos will only appear after the teacher checks them and accepts them. Dear devs...this is useful information on the functionality of you app that is not available to the parent...maybe add a tutorial

Lag? Delayed? Meh. I've been trying to upload some of my daughter's school works on My Portfolio (using My Device and scanning the school's QR code) but it won't seem to be uploaded. We have pretty stable wifi connection so I'm not sure it is because of the connection. When I first downloaded it, it's working just fine. It keeps on showing the "uploading/circle" thing but it really isn't getting uploaded. Edited: Figured out it might be the AUDIO thing. You can't add audio in it. Meh.
