Excellent, I got exactly what i was looking for. For frequent reminders for deep breathing, straightening posture, being here and now, having water, medication. Just a small beep as reminder helps to remind non intrusively. I use it for single purpose, not multiple, hence i dont need to see mobile screen what the reminder is for. You can avoid mixing these reminders with other usual reminder app like the clock or calender or organisers, so that your usual meeting etc. are not mixed up.

Background run needs to be improved. Gave all permissions for background run, excluded from battery optimization, allowed to draw over other apps (just in case), but it still notifies only when i turn on the screen.
