It wont let me check for firmware updates. It keeps saying check network conection even though my wifi is working fine. I wanted to purchase the iroar go. But i am dissapointed with the app not working + i dont own a computer to do these updates on my iroar. And i just found out from everyones comments that the reason the iroar has has these dips in the sound volume going up and down at times is because of the smart volume🙄 which you cant turn off so the only option is, to delete it😑

I got the new sound blaster iroar and all the music sounds like it's in a tunnel... the worthless equalizer button does absolutely nothing...So I downloaded this app to control my sound blaster iroar as per the useless instructions. The app will not pair with the speaker however my phone is paired to it and playing music... I never had any problem like this with my first generation Sound Blaster Roar..

Whose bright idea was it to force Smart Volume to be on? Music sounds just wrong with it, and it keeps fluctuating up and down. Just normal songs, nothing out of the ordinary. Terrible design choice that ruins the listening experience. So much potential.

Doesn't work! Says it needs to pair when it's already paired! I've allowed permissions and still getting that stupid blue box telling me that it needs to be paired! The phone is already paired and I can play music with my phone using a music app or Prime Music. Not with I Roar apps.

No Longer Works on Galaxy S7. I open app to control the sound and it tells me that the speaker is in use by another app. Duh!?!? Of course it is! I'm just trying to customize the sound!!! Isn't that the entire PURPOSE of this app?!? 😳🙄

Used to work just fine but now the dashboard doesn't allow access to the sound controls. It says that bluetooth needs to be connected , but it is and music is being sent from s24 phone to the iroar go. What's going on here???

It's an okay app. The options are nice to have, but the firmware update feature does not work. Always tells me that there is no connection and to try again later. I've owned this for about a year now and haven't been able to update it even once.

This app won't communicate with my connected speaker. Edit: apparently creative offers a confusing array of apps, but doesn't make it clear which devices among many they're for.
