5 Stars, since I treat it like a paper character sheet, but digital. Yes, one has to input many given things manually, like many abilities and you have to update many things manually upon level up, just like a real paper character sheet. So I don't mind. It's clean, it's well organized and a good tool as a DM too, to prepare NPC's and keep your PC's in check

Very fancy looking, but has important features lacking to create characters from scratch. The information you get (on i.e. Classes) are mainly about lore and not about gameplay featutes. For instance you can't see what the different domains of a cleric entail, you only get lore, so you need to know what you want beforehand. Additionally you need to know which spell you can take since the app just shows you ALL spells of that level and no way to filter them. But it all looks very appealing.

I like the app and used it for all my characters. the only problem i have is that that subclass are very limited. and if they are in other app with 5e character then I feel like it should be in the sheet as well. or at least a custom option so I can make a class/subclasses. everything else is fine it's just the lack of options compared to the partner app.

I really like this app!!! Overall it works well and is easy to use. All the information is easy to follow, especially for someone new to DnD. I really like how you can get it to roll dice with you're modifiers added. It very occasionally crashes, especially when switching apps. I really wish I could export character as PDF to send to people. Also, I had issues with spells showing for the wrong class. Also, I'd probably like the ability to copy character sheets or to be able de level.

If you could get the app to stop resetting every time I switch away and back, this would get 5/5. Still, it's a good thing almost everything is saved apparently right when it's put down, so nothing's lost. Also (unless this is a feature), perhaps make it so the base values can be edited. I wanted to change one of the base attributes, but the only way I could do that was make a whole new character with the same name, then hope I don't accidentally erase the new one.

Overall I ready like the app. everything is neat and easy to navigate. my only complaints are that there should be an option to add custom feats and character traits in the info section (as far as I know there is no option to do this so I apologize if I've missed it). That way, if a character has a certain magic item, for example, they can add it to that list with a description that tells what the item does for the character. Lastly, it's almost impossible to read anything when in dark mode.

The app is great in so many ways, but if you're like me, you need to be able to edit things later on. By level 11, I realize I had some core things to change with my character. The ability to edit primary stats and other things is extremely frustrating. This apps User interface is amazing and it just looks great. Please add in my editing options! Will definitely pay for the better version if it's more accessible.

Limiting it to lv 3 before you need to pay is a bit early, maybe lvl 10. Lvl 3 is when most classes become "Online". Editing character names would be a good addition. You can't even change if you pay. Some classes are missing when they are available to the "5e Character" app. Exiting the app also resets the app. Other than those points it's an excellent app amd really easy to throw a character together in minutes.
