This app is worst. It has an option to refund but once we try, it says there is a problem in the request and when I called the hospital (Durdans Hospital, Colombo 3), they told me that I can't refund or cancel the appointment, even though it is mentioned in the app.

In order to download the receipt, it says that we need the Storage permission. But, there is no option in the "app info" for providing the permission. (Update): Within the app it notifies about a new update. In play store it is still the older version.

It shows to update to the new version(v0.2.6). Even though I have updated, uninstall and reinstalled the app for several times, it shows to update again. But there is no update. Unable to do anything with this message.

Unable to open the app since a week and App keep asking me to update to V0.2.6 But when click the update link, the play store says no update available. Uninstall and reinstall the app did not solve the problem. Emailing the app developer was unanswered. What can be done?

Very poor usability. While echannelling promise to show the running appointment number, the feature does not work. You have to key in the reference number and phone number every time you query. And every time you get the same response: "no session available". Uninstalling.

Not user friendly. Difficult to trace a booking. Bad experience about this updated app. Every login it showing error messages. Better to choose alternative app such as Doc990. Seems like updated app became so advanced it makes all jammed. Very bad experience.
