You have to be patient and make sure you input the proper information. I think there can be an easier way to pay by adding to your wallet using your debit Visa instead . Also Google pay is not excepted by every banking institution. So sometimes you have to pay with another card

I was driving in New York and needed to use some of the Chargers there and could not because I cannot download the US version of EV connect. I tried to use this app and it would not work there. I also tried to download the EV connect us app and was told that I could not. In order to make these things work, it's necessary to be able to use it when you travel. This is particularly important when Crossing borders.

The app works great, even if there is only one charging station in western Canada. When we needed help the service staff was great and solved our issue.
