These guys buy reviews. Not too long ago, they had barely one star. The company and their apps are awful, probably the worst on the market. Getting through to support takes at least an hour. The support team is unhelpful and inefficient. They often refuse to do basic tasks, either because they don’t know how. The app crashes every three hours without indicating it has disconnected. Sometimes, random statuses appear unrelated to anything. This is just a fraction of the problems.

The app is constantly in need of updates that cause delays. It places a vehicle in PC automatically instead of onto the drive line which appears as if the driver is falsifying their logs!!! When you contact support there response is always the same delete the app and reload it. Be ready to do that daily because this thing sucks! In fact I am doing it again right now instead of actually driving like I need to. I am glad about one thing though this app motivated me to get my own authority.

After an update from about 2 weeks ago (start of August), the app crashes constantly, the ELD device disconnects constantly, updates 2-3 times a week but the updates aren't doing anything to solve the connectivity problem. Customer service hard to reach and they'll tell you to delete and reinstall the app. This is most likely my last trip with ezlogz, I do not recommend.

Overall the app is slowly improving. Been customer for 3 years hours and have to say that they're headed in the right direction. Pros: The driver's interface is nice and simple to use. Synchronization works well most of the time. No issues reaching tech support during business hours; After- hours a bit harder, but you can always count on Abdul to save the day. Cons: Spontaneous connection loss issues, team driver glitches, and annoying updates. Satefy Admin portal not user friendly.

Could use improvement like all the other ELD's. Twice the app showed less time while driving than what was available. Everytime you lose BT signal you typically have to resign into the app again. Or run 2 phones like I do. Also a "re-sign logs" notification shouldn't show up until the day is over and not while driving. That's when your required to sign that days logs.

Terrible. When driving the log counts down the tome, but stop for 30 minute break. The app takes 10 minutes to connect. Try startong after 10 hours, not connected. Unplug, plug in, restart truck, etc. It took 46 minutes to get to On duty for pretrip. You have to update app weekly. Junk!!!

I was a bit wary of the electronic logbook at first, but this app has made a believer out of me. It's simple to use and saves so much time. The ELD for trucks is top-tier, and the GPS tracking has been spot on every time. The trucker's road map is a great addition, making route planning easy.

The electronic logbook feature is super helpful and simple to figure out. I have accurate information on the hours and the navigation feature works well too. I have been using it for almost a year now and had no issue with it so far!
