I think this is one of the useless apps we are going to have around because I carried accustomed, by mistake I started it failed the first time starting the second time it started and ended at the same time but I took the customer to final destination .The trip had a discount after dropping the client I called customer care to explain what happened because I was judged the whole commission and the client had adiscount they said that that's my mistake so they are not in aposition to help.nkt

The interface is good,very simple and user friendly, however the app has errors or bugs that needs to be fixed both on the client app and the service provider app hence it's nowadays constantly giving wrong pic up locations and wrong drop off locations. We send in complaints and the only thing they tell us is to update the app, the app has no update button for over a yr,leaving us the the only option of installing and re installing the same app that already has bugs/errors. Kindly fix that ASAP.

Navigation is very poor thus making the drive have a very difficult time in work but the app is very excellent

It's a very good platform for making good money, but please your map and pin location are not accurate, thus making bike riders and drivers have some challenges when location their clients

Faras would be a good app if a customer call could take a bit long like a second and it allows a rider to receive, Mine a call flashes in a micro second and it's gone hence no way to receive.... I can take a full day without receiving aperson.... i recommend it for customers cos it's cheap on their side naye on the side of a rider we work for nothing... A distance of 6K the app can show you 3K..then a customer gives u 2K only.... The customer care team is so professional and caring, Thanks

Worst app ever. As a driver, I wouldn't recommend any driver to install it. 22kms, it charged 600. I mean 600 from syokimau to utawala. They assume there is a shortcut from syokimau to utawala. Why can't they charge the distance covered rather than with emotions.
