I love the concept behind this app. I love that it is everything I've ever wanted for an apprenticeship, and I get to learn more about my future career field than I ever did in college. But, the app never works on my phone. It always crashes, fails to load, or logs me out. I started an apprenticeship 1 month ago, and I haven't been able to use the app at all because it always crashes. Luckily, the browser works well on my computer. Hope to see these bugs fixed ASAP.

The app is very clunky, when you search through candidates it only shows you about 10 and then keeps showing the same ones. When I am in the chat function and click the persons profile to review more about them, I just get a white screen and the app logs you out. Its frustrating, because I have to keep logging into my desktop to use the program.

I've had some bad experiences with this app. One, the app will sometimes shut down for me after an update. Second, some of the mentors that I've dealt with are either highly of themselves or are no help with the apprenticeship. If you're somebody like me who has a degree in marketing and is looking to find an opportunity with experience, look elsewhere.

Marketing platform but a bit too expensive from the business side. You have to invest money, time and your knowledge as well. The only thing what makes it valuable maybe the HR part and you can find some aspiring individuals. The Mobile App is always crashing down. There is no one what you can reach through mailing... I'm waiting 2 days ago to get an invoice for my business because there was no option to fill it out by myself. It makes me think soon to cancel it. No customer support?

Can only have 3 open chats unless you book a call with them to verify yourself. Except the calendar to book a verification call doesn't work. Also spent loads of time writing a response on the app and it completely glitched and didn't save, so that was a huge waste of time. If it all works, think the app would be great. Poor experience so far, big deterrent.

I had to change my review. Previously I gave this app a low score due to a confusion and impatience on my part. I didn't realize that there is a waiting period between registration and the ability to access the app. After about a 24hr waiting period I have full access to the app and find the courses very informative! Haven't had a chance to begin an internship yet hence why I stopped short of the 5 star rating.

Wow😀 This is the best App ever that I've seen that makes you learn digital and online marketing by taking Courses. You have access to be trained by high skilled professionals. The App is easy to use, easy to navigate around, you don't need a guide to use the App. The technical team is prompt in replying mails. Just awesome. This is just for you!!! I highly recommend GenM!!!😀😀😀

Love it. I am currently applying for digital marketing jobs, and i don't have that much experience with it. This is a great introductory crash course on Digital Marketing. It provides simple explanations and advice to get started, and also how to approach things early on. Plus it also gives quizes, which i like. I will use the app as a reference guide when I'm on the job. I feel a lot more confident starting a career in this industry.
