I used this app, put in my activation code, and it worked fine. Coming back a few months later, the app has not saved the activation information, and because I didn't save the cider, it's asking me to pay another $5 to access the tutorials. Not worth the extra cost for the added frustration. I'd rather just go get free tutorials somewhere else and not have to deal with the frustration of repeatedly entering activation codes. ETA, it was linked to an account initially.

I love the how much hardwork is put in the animating all the characters. (I think it is stop motion)It has a really interactive and learning atmosphere for us. all the characters look funny and silly 😜. the that annoys me the most are the sound effects, they get a bit annoying but offeral it's a great app👍

Now that I've got it figured out the app is really good. The only thing really unclear in the instructions is the size.. but we seem to have figured it out. That being said .. figuring out how to activate the code was a mess. My kid opened the packaging so of course the slip of paper with the code got tossed then it wasn't very clear that I didn't have to make a log in. Generally I do like this product but the UX could use a little more thought.

Ok so there are no paper instructions, so you need the app (they don't post their videos to YouTube). Well this was great last week (videos were decent), but they updated and now the app doesn't work on my phone (pixel 6a). This is crazy frustrating. Please don't buy hey clay. Will be returning to local toy store, hopefully I can get a kit with some instructions that work!!

I purchased the Eco Cars Hey Clay. I had difficulty loading this app. It finally loaded with the App update. However, there's no instructions on how to build the Cars. Very disappointed on spending the money with no instructions. Nothing is even printed in/on the box. App doesn't even have instructions.

It was very very good with easy to follow instructions. Some of the instructions with the hand were difficult to follow.

Expensive. I didn't really know what the code did from the box or what it was for. It unlocked one animal. Then the rest are sooo expensive. It should come with a book of the modelling ideas, not just the app. The instructions once unlocked are easy to follow. Although I would be happier with one picture showing all the parts I need to make. Might take a look at YouTube as suggested in other reviews.

Amazing tutorials, but the code only unlocks one figure (in addition to one free one). You pay a premium for a good product you'd expect to have unlimited use of the app. It's not clear it only unlocks one figure either, so we ended up using it on one that wasn't our favourite as I thought the unlock process opened them all up. Real shame as it's a nice product left down by these additional charges.
