Terrible app experience. Like everyone else, logging in is far more cumbersome than it needs to be. Once you're in after you undoubtedly are forced to change your password for the n'th time, the app itself is a glorified website which is garbage in itself. I have to use Mercer to track my HSA through work so I've had to use it for years. It has always been a frustrating experience. I gain a sense of existential dread every time I know I have to use it. Fix this please.

This is for version 6.1. I was able to log in and then turn on fingerprint login (which works). But I've got two major gripes: You can't upload a document, only photos. And it doesn't install a widget which means you have to go through Play Store to open it each time. Seriously?? What app doesn't install a widget?!? PLEASE update the app to install a widget AND to allow uploading PDF files.

Password acces is completely useless. Username and password work when using a computer, but for some the app will not recognize. Changed three times and same issue. It's pretty useless and after reading other reviews that are a month or even older, there doesn't seem to be any effort to try and fix. I've had this app installed since the beginning of the year and it has been updated. I'll give it one more month then uninstall.

Of all the apps i've installed this has been the most infuriating experience. I pay extra for Mercer 365 hub this is the third time recently that the app randomly decides my fingerprint isnt adequate and my saved password is wrong. Then I reset the password and that wont work either. I click on the link in the email to reset password, I complete the process try signing in on the website and the app and somehow my brand new password is wrong. I have no access to view my money.

I just downloaded the app for the first time, it is version 6.0. Username and password seems to be working now. There is also a fingerprint authentication option now. App is quick and responsive. So far only used it to see balances, so don't know if I can do everything I can on website.

I tried to file a claim on my phone through the regular website, but when I fill in text, the site doesn't recognize this information and I get an error and am unable to submit my claim. when I downloaded the app, everything seemed easy when filing the claim until I needed to upload a receipt. it only allows you to upload a receipt from the camera roll or take a photo. I'm unable to upload pdf documents. everything else about the app made filing a claim seem easy except for this critical piece.

Absolute garbage. Just like their website. Tried to log in multiple times. Would not let me log in, wrong username/password. Verified I have correct username and password by logging into the website, which is absolute garbage too. Denied access to all again. Deleted app. Cannot wait until employer changes providers again. Oh, did I mention that Mercers web access is garbage both from a PC and their app?

No log in issues as of yet. MAJOR issue I have not been able to get the scan for eligibility to work. Stood with UPC in the box and nothing. MINOR issue stop asking to access or make phone calls. YOU don't need that permission for an app I won't be using to call from.
