Unprofessional app, nor staff If you encounter an issue they just keep sending apologies. Also app is very slow and most of the stores don't have tracking, so orders always take too much time and arrive late. Prices are different than the app, and they keep saying the store is not up to date knowing that the same issue occurred with me at the same store 3 times! I don't recommend at all!

Your server and/or connection is very very very very very sloooooooow. You need urgently to work on it. I usually spend 10mn to make an order and sometimes I give up. Like today I spent around 45mn to select 2 items from Le Charcutier and couldn't complete the purchase. Please don't blame the internet network because other apps are working fine. So do what should be done, otherwise you will lose your clients!!!!!!!

Worst app ever NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. u need to contact the costumer support to confirm ur order after waiting a while. The prices are different between the app and the bill .(on the app are much cheaper lool) Even the delivery charge is different (also its cheaper on the app)

Awful experience! My first order was delayed by over an hour, and I had to cancel it. I decided to give it another chance, but the second order is late as well. This app is unreliable, and I won’t be using it again!

Usually good but with today's special buy 1 get 1 free, it was a disaster! I did not get one for free and the sandwich specifics were not met. To end up paying 1,200,000 LBP for one shawarma sandwich and fries and diet 7up is not at all what you might call a Special Offer !!!!

Gozilla app is fantastic! It's like having a magical shopping genie who always gets it right! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to skip the grocery store lines and get everything they need delivered with a smile!

I had a terrible experience with GoZilla due to a shocking lack of professionalism and poor management. The app has a feature where you can request the driver to bring change, which should be straightforward. However, when I asked the driver if he had change for $100, he told me he didn't but would take my money and bring the change later. Excuse me? Works well, but please fix your app's 'order tracking', it's not as smooth and clear as the other apps. Some places do not have live tracking at all. Sometimes restaurants do not use Gozilla's delivery service, using their own boys, but you end up paying extra money, which is not mentioned in the summary order report. Order adjustments should be mentioned! Otherwise, thank you!
