I've had the app installed for around 5 months now and gone through this airport roughly ~60 times in that time. Every time I arrive there, I open the app just to check and it's never once made it past the airport logo screen -- the app just straight up won't open. This app could be super helpful if it worked. As for "LOVE" communications: Your website looks fake, and your work looks bad. Do better. <3

There is no map of the terminals that I've found in a good 10 minutes of exploring. This is one of the MAIN reasons for wanting an airport app, wanting help navigating the airport. I know the SLC airport well but after reading a couple of articles and the airport's own website I still don't understand the upcoming changes other than parking which I won't need. I was hoping a map would help. The PDF file wouldn't open on my phone and this app was useless. Uninstalling.

Fails to load. Had a previous version that worked. Logo splash screen is all that's shows.

Nice, clean, modern airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants. The only negative is the LONG walking distances which is especially difficult for those unaccustomed to higher altitudes.

Absolutely useless. It's bad enough that the airport design is an atrocity but to add insight to injury, they give us an app that is absolutely useless. Brilliant all around SLC!

Full of bugs.... One, It is an airport app and when you try to find flight data it says none available? Are you kidding me? Two, TSA wait time doesn't load. I am sure I could find more

The app is not useful. Estimated security wait time is not correct. It took an hour to get through security, the app said it would only take 23 minutes.

App is nice for finding out what is at the airport, flight times, and other useful information related to the airport. There is nothing when it comes to TSA security wait times unfortunately.
