I used to use this app all the time to order locally since I never have time to order and eat in. However, the app stopped working a while ago. Every time I press the "PLACE ORDER" button, I get an error pop-up that states "NOT SUPPORT CHANNEL." Because of this, I do not order from the restaurants on MEALKEYWAY anymore. I know it means I no longer support the restaurant, but I have no choice. After all this time I thought they would've fixed this issue.

Been trying to create an account for 10 min, navigating around their website and app, but it keeps putting me into an infinite loop of "Put in email to sign up"->"now put in your password to log in" -> "email and password don't match any accounts, try again". Every place on their website and app that claims to let me sign up sends me to the same place. Fix your app.

I don't understand.. my total was 42$ that was with tip and delivery fee they said they was charging 42$ how come they took 48? What's the extra 6$ for? My meal was 34 I'm so confused this is bull 😕

Opened app and it immediately read from my phone's clipboard. They have no idea what's in that clipboard and a random app has no reason to do that without at least asking. Serious unsafe data practice. Immediate uninstall from my phone.

Went to pay using Google Pay and wouldn't allow it. Went to use a credit card and wouldn't allow it so I had to pay using the same CC in the restaurant and paid the $1.00 "convenience fee" anyway. I deleted the app and will call it in next time to save a buck.

I would like to be able to schedule an order ahead of time. You can only order the same day. When a bunch of people are placing the other together, it would make it more convenient.

Won't work. When I hit the button to place my order, it pops up an error which states NO SUPPORT CHANNEL. Happens every time. 🤦🏻♂️

I ordered $30 on this app for an Japanese restaurant and it took my money without ordering from the restaurant. NO idea where the money went to except my credit card service said it was taken from restaurant. Restaurant says no order was received.
