I like being able to order my medications online but the app doesn't open a lot of the time it'll pend and then say something went wrong. It does this several times it is really frustrating. But the times it does work it's great and easy to use.

I haven't been able to open the app for the past 3 weeks when I've tried to refill my scripts. Not very useful when that's the whole point of the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't work.

Works great! But I don't see why they don't have an option to unlock it with fingerprint. They have an option to keep you signed in. So you don't have to put the password in each time. Why not sign in with fingerprint?

Every other time I try to order prescription refills, the app says there is a problem and I am unable to get my refills. Contacting IHC by email or phone to find out what the issue is has been a joke.

This app provides a quick and way you keep track of my meds to ensure i don't run out. I appreciate the fact that the prescription renewal process is smooth.
