Every time I tap or swipe to go back, the app takes me right back to the home screen, which is very non‐standard app behaviour. There's no way to check if delivery to the area is possible from the store you've selected until you're checking out and then there's no way to just go back to amend. It borders on unusable. Don't bother.

More expensive than in store. Do not use this app unless you like paying substantially more for everything. I ordered ahead so that could dash in and collect my order since I have a young baby. Was disgusted to discover that the take home pack was 31% more expensive than in store. Prices should be the same. Avoid.

Mostly good, except when I get a notification from the app, tapping on it doesn't take me to the relevant information within the app. When I tap on it, it takes me to the app home page, and then nowhere in the app is the deal that the notification was about. Eg, I just got a notification for a $13 take-home pack deal (the rest of the info wouldn't show), tapped on it, and nowhere in the app is a $13 take-home pack deal mentioned. Can this bug be fixed?

stupid app don't this nonsense!!! tried the delivery option and nope, delivery isn't available one suburb away from local br store less then 2km away. probably should remove delivery if you can't get something 2km away from a br store. FFS Baskin robin's get it together why make the app so bad

Shocking app, when ordering take home packs the choices menu is so badly squashed you can't easily select the items. The app says store not taking orders yet can order on ubber eats or door dash. Maybe because they don't want to give you the advertised discount!

I was sceptical at first, but I'm so happy with the app. Don't need anything other than my phone to buy ice cream and don't need to worry about having to lose any rewards card. Also, get vouchers for buy one get one free every month and easily add to the app.

I decided to give the app a try went into a store near me and got 2 tubs of icecream using the app I asked the employees behind the counter if it went through and they said yes I made sure the money was in my account I had my card linked to the app but the money was not taken out I messaged support twice about this in the span of 4 months and all they said was we passed it on to head office and they will get back to you soon Dont bother with it just pay for it in store as Im having to do now.

Fix ur bloody app, can use google to sign up but as soon as u go to make an order takes you to new website were u can only login with an apple account or the email you used to sign up with but when I use the google account I signed up with your app doesn't register it as an account but then I go to make one an account and it says theres already an account registered with these details- and no its not a case of forgotten password either, not that, that even worked when I tried it.
