Wow, bait and switch. Advertised by NAR as a free certification to fulfill your ethics training cycle. I got 25% through (many hours in) to get to a slide that said to go sign up for a one day, additional fee, diversity course - and it MUST be completed to get credit for the C2EX course. Lots of time wasted and I get to start all over on my ethics cycle hours.

does not work. Downloaded it and video does not populate. tried to go forward but it says to watch the video first. Ugh!

It's highly annoying that I cannot do this on my computer or even an android chromebook, and the worst thing is the app speaks to you like your a 2nd grader. It's very aggravating!

Completed the education, app errors and won't email my completion materials. Emailed someone yesterday and no one has replied. Not very impressed with the level of service.

I have two up-to-date (<2yrs old) Android devices (phone and tablet) and this app does not support either one of them! Can't say that I'm surprised!

I liked completing this designation the first time. Now, as I need to renew, NAR is requiring the use of an app instead of web based training.

Love this new app version for c2ex. Had initial crashes on Android but it's all fixed now. Looking forward to competing my renewal on the app
