Love my purifiers, but DESPISE the app. It crashes constantly and does virtually nothing when it IS actually working. I can't see the air quality in my home and most functions don't work properly. About the only thing that works (and only occasionally) is scheduling. I've uninstalled the app because it's pretty much useless. It's even worse if you have multiple purifiers, which we do 😡

I can no longer use my Bluetooth on my phone to adjust My nuwave. After one week, it stopped working and the app crashed. And it's saying that there is a bug in the app. Waiting for an update. I just paid all this money because of How easy they said it is to use to adjust your settings without having to get up. It's telling me new wave app has A bug, and it's waiting for. Someone to do an update to fix this problem period

After recent update, the timer, turbo mode, and fan speed no longer work. I can adjust the levels in the app but when I hit confirm, nothing happens. Also, the app no longer has an icon. It use to be the red nuwave logo, now It just shows the default android robot when I add it to my home screen. I tried clearing app data, uninstalling and reinstalling. I still have the same issue every time. Needs an update to fix these bugs and it would be 5 stars.

FINALLY! It works again! I experienced all of the errors after the last update: No connection; Invalid client; "App has a bug;" no functionality. But finally, now it works as expected. The scheduling feature is nice, a much-needed function. Now, if I can only, finally, get it to connect to Alexa, it will be worth 5*.

This app is frustrating. It was working but now will no longer even open. Absolutely ridiculous for an expensive air purifier! I have uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone and tried what I could to get it to work but nothing. Sent an email to Nuwave but it sounds like mine is not a unique experience. Very disappointed. I'd give it negative stars.

Terrible, after update, can't login, always stating, invalid client no access. It used to work and now it's useless. Hopefully the developers can fix my issues I'm having with my App.. UPDATE.. The Bug that was corrupting the application has been fixed now the application the app works flawlessly with some nice little updates I've changed one star to five stars for the moment.

This worked great for about 7 months and now all the sudden the app won't connect to the purifier anymore. Just quit working and can't get anything to get it to connect. I have tried everything in the app still while not connect to the purifier. Also, these filters that they say will last a year is just a lie. I had to replace the filter after 6 months. So it is a total rip off

This worked in the app part and now when I go into it to adjust the speed or whatever, my screen is blank except for the two listing on the top and bottom which doesn't help me get to the main Nuwave device control screen. I haven't had any problems with this Nuwave since I brought it over a year ago, and all of a sudden I'm now having issues. Idk what to do, I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app...turned my phone off and back on...checked my connection 🤷🏾♀️ I now have to manually adjust it.
