It loaded. It sent me a error message. I finally got it to go into where I could register. I put my information in. It sent me an error saying email already in use. App sent me a email for email verification. I did that. Went back. Filled in my email and password. It logged me in and it worked. Not very impressed with the app so far, needs more to it and a save station button. Dear developers are you even still working on this app?

Most Citgo stations no longer honor the discount. Worse yet, if you check in it counts towards a monthly tracker, but not coupons. Only very few check-ins count for the coupons, and if you do the wrong one while traveling, you can't check in again for hours. Used to always get the $2 and sometimes $3 coupons. Now i can't seem to get the $1 except at one station 10 miles from my home. I once rated this app 5 stars, then 3, now 1. I've been a loyal Citgo customer for years.

Horrible! This used to be a fantastic app and saved me a lot of money. Now the offers aren't accessible. They will show available, but they won't let you access the codes for them. Tells you to enter an Alt ID which is BLANK. "Gives" you a "barcode" to scan--but is also BLANK! Gas would be cheaper at Citgo if the app worked, but I can literally go to the local guy down the street who still pumps my gas for me for the same price, so I'm done with it!!!

Keep getting error messages when I try to open the app. Have tried opening it under Wifi, error messages, and tried opening it on my cell phone data, still error messages. I like the idea, it just needs to be worked on a lot to keep it stable for people.

unable to load app at the pump. feels like a total scam. go to a citgo so you can use your loyalty rewards & once there no rewards. so are they thinking that you'll just be lazy since you're there & pump anyway?! Not me! I'll go across the street/down the road to a competitor in that case. the last time I was having an issue I tried to get help inside and she told me to figure it out outside & to move my car away from the pump til I did. guess you dont want my business anymore. not loyal anymore

Won't run because it says new version dropped August 2nd and forces play store to open and there's no new update. Playstore simply says open app or uninstall. Looking like uninstall is the only thing working in it now so it's gone from my phone. Update, New app is out and it updated. Now right it launches, it says oops we've encountered a problem, try reloading. That's all it does in a loop even after force close and emptying cache. So still junk app. I wrote developer and had zero response.

It was fair. Im changing from 3 stars to 1 because the App does not work,hasnt worked for days. And just like 95% or so of other reviews,im having the same issue....can not update new version of App! It doesnt work at ALL now!!! You should give us extra rewards since we havent been able to use it for days. Or maybe we shoikd all go to another station where tgere apps works. Nevemind all the time we wasted messing with this BS... Smh

8/7/22 app prompts me to update. But there is none! 1/23/2021. My local station attendant looks at app with confusion and shoos me away. I email support and get no reply. Seems nothing has improved since the first 2 or 3 times I tried to use the app. --- Old review: Have had app 18 months and still no stores near me know what it is despite having signs up everywhere promoting it. Cashiers do not issue advertised discounts and treat you like you are running a scam. Poorly designed and marketed.
