They made me install the app to change a compromised password, to say they will send me an email that I never got. Glad I don't use their rewards anymore, just wish I could be sure I don't have any personal info or card info on my account.

not helpful. it lies. it tells me I have money off, or discounts, but they never make it to the register. no location list. there was a "bonus" page in the app where things could be added to the card. now, instead of just clicking what I want, I have to add to cart, add to wallet, but there is no add to cart option. nevermind I don't use an electronic wallet. I use cash and chip cards. useless waste of time and space

my local speedy q switched to fas rewards. emailed my info multiple times to get my points transferred with no luck. Called multiple times with the same outcome. Even went through the app to try and contact someone with no luck. No customer service skills at all. Haven't even been able to talk to a single person in this whole process. Lost a customer due to the companies lack of customer service.

This app sucks. I keep buying everything that's on the Sin 2 get 50 cents off. It promotes this 50 cents off. Thing and then never gives me the credit it's a scam at this point I feel like it's false advertisement and i'm going to get a lawyer

hardly ever works...constant errors...most definitely owes me $$$'s in rewards which I earned but never got a chance to use. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION 100% THEY'LL SELL IT OR HAVE A " DATA BREACH"

This app is garbage. Can't ever load onto rewards program.if youre gonna promote a product and promotional.in general, at least have it to where itll actually.work. 2 thumbs down going to weights from now on

irritating. multiple times trying to call to get my situation resolved to no avail. my account somehow is not getting the rewards from purchases.

If you don't use your cents off gas points right away they will disappear. It says two week time frame but swipe your card for another purchase and they're gone. Have tried the "contact us" option on the app and have got no response back. If you plan to use your points immediately then it's good for that.
