this used to be a good app, but now it won't even load. And when it does it will often freeze. it keeps telling me check my connection but I had service as everything else works fine. I even connect to the buses WiFi and it still says check your connection. it's frustrating, as something that was useful no longer is.

I used to be able to get on the app, press the location button, and bam, immediately see where the bus was and gauge how much time I had left. Now, I need to press on the real-time map, which shows me the entire map. Utterly useless. Also you removed the Location button. Thanks.

not in any way intuitive or user friendly!!!! super frustrating!!!! hard to get the info you need if you can get it at all!!! worst app ever for such an important service!!!! can't get list of times for my stop and connecting stops!!!! can't plan my trip at all unless i know in advance the numbers of the buses (how the hell am i supposed to know that????!!) even then will only give you next time of that stop NOT list of times for that stop... this app sucks BALLS!!!!!!!

So far not impressed with the app. Waiting for the #20 heading in to Riverside. Wanted, and thought I'd be able to see WHERE the bus is, in REAL TIME, and HOW SOON it would arrive. If that function DOES exist on this app, it would be far more helpful if it were explained how to use it, and do it. Most other info I can get just by downloading or looking up the RTA ride guide on the Web. App is clearly not intuitive, and might need to go back to the drawing board for improvement. Very frustrated.

Not accurate times for the bus. Sometimes it won't even give you and estimate of when the bus you need will show up. Desperately needs to be updated as it hasn't been updated since like 2017 or something, acts up when your using a newer phone as it was made for older models of phones

There has been so many times where i go on the app to see when the bus will arrive and it says no bus in route but then next thing i know the bus shows up 2 minutes later and i have almost missed my bus/have missed my bus multiple times due to this problem. Also the app is extremely hard to use and there is not instructions given when you first download.

This app totally sucks whenever I try to look up my destination it says that there's no bus available but when I checked back two minutes later it says that there is a bus available it says it gets there in less than 5 minutes Which is far my location they really should update this app instead of letting some old fossils run it

this app used to work butnow no matter which bus I choose itkeeps going back to the # 20 bus and i can't reset it and it freezes upall the time so now, it's totally useless😞 I guess I'll just use the book and uninstall this worthless app. How can they let something that is so important especially for disabled people that need to get aroun just go un maintained and stagnant o the point that it bscomes completely useless and frustrating to the user ? stupid is as stupid does i guess.
