There is no option to login via facebook. And, you cannot use fb email to login here either. And, lucky draw only applicable via app, but since you can't login then you're already out of luck. Plus, you can't verify using phone no. that were already tied with other account (yepp including the facebook one). So, basically you are not welcome here.

The app is fine regarding features, but the android version of the app is SO buggy. Bugs: - sharing giveaway on social media to get more tickets works on iOS but not on android - can't connect my credit card. The Android app puts overlay over my banks OTP service, so I can't proceed further. I talked to customer service, at first they just deflect with some non relavent canned responses. But after pushing back with further evidence they were able to help and find the root cause.

Awful experience. Wasted my time. 48 hours waiting to find out the seller didn't have the product. Still waiting for the refund which is late. So so so stressful. Really bad service and no discount offered as an apology. This wouldn't be used in other countries.

App is too slow on Android. Unable to see the pictures of used sneakers because the page doesn't load. Lags a lot.

The verification is disappointing, i bought brand new Jordan but got the one with some stain like it already been used. The customer service staff are useless.
