This app doesn't seem to work. Have to force close and then re-start it. Can't even get in to it.. It says my password is not correct, tried to reset by email, 5 times, but still waiting for mail to arrive... And yes I checked my spam too... Can't find a phone number for customer services... So back to the website I guess

Utterly useless to try and pay with this rubbish app. My bank sends the code by SMS, I use the Securicode also. "Payment Reussi" message is received.. but the money doesn't leave my bank account and I receive payment reminders by post - after a hospital stay, having believed I had paid. Tried again and the same thing happened... Terrible!!

I selected the Prendre Photo option, took the photo, then was left in limbo. in the end I joined a photo that I took independently.
