I've used this app through several phones always worked great. Then after an update I could no longer use the pin pad...seems to have a bug that causes it to jump up and down not allowing numbers to be entered. I can no longer access anything. I don't recommend using it until the bug is fixed...update...they stopped the bouncing pin pad with an update but now it simply doesn't work...ok update...the pin pad is now stable and no longer bouncing but the numbers do not work

I wouldn't recommend this app because I couldn't get in my secured folder for about 2 or so months but now I updated it to see if my files were still there and at first they were until I followed the instructions to set up the secured folder and they were no where to be found afterwards. I was hoping to re-download those files back but that doesn't seem to be happening so I can only assume they were deleted. So ya DON'T USE THIS APP! Have a nice day. Feb, 23 2024

Installed. Followed instructions for setup. Moved files to secure location, app deleted files bc it's in a secure location. Set pin. Closed app and reopened to verify the data was secure. Now the app crashes on every startup and asks for folder permissions even though I've already done the setup. I can't retrieve my files. Tried restarting my phone and cleared app cache... Nothing... I don't recommend this app at all!

Its. A very good secure folder on videos it has a pretty good loop feature and it secures all your files like it says and a cool thing is that if you or anyone gets the password wrong it instantly takes a picture of them without them knowing it can also alert you on this.. you can also disguise the folder as a clock or calendar it also changes the name of it. Its very useful I recommend this secure folder if your in need of hiding any folders you want no one else ever seeing again!

I am quite surprised that this app still isn't fixed or hasn't been taken down after the amount of time and files this app has stolen. The pin pad does not work which means you can't have access to any files you manage to put in it and it deletes them from else-where on your phone beforehand. Oh and don't try to uninstall and re-install as this just deletes everything you have put in it. This either needs a fix soon or be removed from the store. Do not get this app

Downloaded and transferred photos and videos onto this app. Then the app would not allow me to access it any longer due to a bug. I lost all my photos (51) and videos (12). Very frustrating. Note: fix the bug and return my photos and videos that it says the app collects, and I'll give a better review.

Works very poorly I cannot access any of my files as the app is not opening or giving me access to my files. It keeps glitching and blinking. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use it because you will loose your files with this app Very bad it asks for you to turn on notifications. And just continue to send unnecessary notifications that keep popping on top of the screen. Which defeats the purpose of being discreet

I really enjoyed Secure Folder until I upgraded to a new phone and found that Samsung No Longer Supports the Cloud Based Backup & Restore. There is no way for me to easily transfer the apps & private files without removing them from the Secure Folder and then backing them up. There's no way to recover from a lost or destroyed phone. This defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I used Secure Folder to keep all of my private financial and health portal apps and any associated private data files secure.
