kindly make this an optional others it keeps on saying wrong password whenever I try to configure the password otherwise it's affecting my transaction which are very urgent and important

I don't kkow if you guys are even taking time to look through the reviews. How do you expect me to scan a QR code yet it's on the same phone am using? How do I register a new profile? This app is turning out to be a frustration and very inconveniencing. We should have stuck with the OTPs.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered while banking online. It's data consumption is alarming yet it yields no results. One can't access his bank details yet fully registered!!!

Its an inconvenience. No clear direction on how to use the app. Being secure is ok if the user herself is not inconvenienced. I don't even know how to use this. Did you even do research on this before you put it out there? Better let me do it the old way.

Yesterday a woman called from dfcu bank insisting that I should download the app. This app is not working. At first it worked well, but having misbehaved, I can't now pair it with my account. It's fake. I can change bank easily.
