Bought the Oil Garden Smart Vaporiser & Humidifier today. The app is useless. It initially crashes and when it does load, it stalls on the green screen and cannot locate the device. I have made sure my phone and the vaporiser are paired, but nothing happens. Also tried my wife's phone - same result. When will this problem and the app be fixed? We bought the item specifically for the app control features, now we are stuck with an item that is dysfunctional and cannot be returned. Product is not fit for its advertised purpose.

I've recently purchased this wonderful device. Although the app here is poor quailty and also its just poor functionality. The app is always crashing. The controls are easy to understand but the execution is faulty. The app simply can't work in conjunction with the Humidifier/Diffuser which is a shame considering it's a buying point.

First of all this does not need to be an app. 2 buttons on the side of the humidifier would have been fine. Secondly all advantages of having an app don't apply to this app as it doesn't work if you are more than a foot away from the humidifier. The app is slow also which means that every time I want to adjust something instead of just quickly changing the intensity or the light colour or light on or off it takes minutes. Garbage app for a garbage product. Would not recommend to anyobe

This app is terrible , I'd give it zero stars. I bought the same humidifier and it ran on the Hydrone system and the sound quality is superb. It worked so well, I thought I'd buy a second unit for my bedroom. I was shocked when reading the manual and it told me to download another app. The unit has gone crazy and I can't even turn the mist or lights on , keeps turn on and off. It even started making high pitched static noises and freezes. Just fix the app already please, so frustrating.

Glitchy at first, now totally unusable. The app has always been slow, but now it doesn't work at all. It says the diffuser has been connected, but you can't use any of the functions. And it loudly announces "Power On" intermittently if you have the app connected. Total disaster. The diffuser works if I uninstall the app and manually work everything, but I wouldn't have spent so much money on it if the remote options weren't a feature.

Omg there are NO concise instructions. How do I stop Iaroma having control of my phone's volume, I'll go into another room and try and watch a video on my phone and I have no sound, the sound is still connected to the Iaroma, the only way I've found is to unpair. And when i am paired, the Iaroma playes all the noises my phone makes, all my Notification sounds, it plays the phone ringing and when i get messages, all the while my phone is silent and me and my phone are in another room and i have no idea that I've missed calls and messages. The volume on the Iaroma is all over the place as well, when I turn it on it make a VERY loud connected notification sound and then it's a matter of quickly going through my phone making sure the volume on the phone is right down. I love the aromatherapy but the app sux big time

App will not work so i contacted the company and they told me to send it back to where I purchased it. It only got delivered today which is rather frustrating. App downloads then cuts me straight back out, or I can get in click the + circle and device can't be found, yet music plays automatically. I would give 5 atars if only the app worked. With all these negative comments you'd think they would reply at least. I wish I was able to read these comments before purchase. Would've saved time & $$

App crashes and device does not last Have had 2 devices both stop working. The app crashes if it opens at all. Doesn't save the changes you make to vaporiser settings half the time. Don't waste your money on the device. Lack of customer service adds to the poor product.
