Pengu is a fun concept, but several issues make it frustrating to play. The game gets laggy at times, and ads show up constantly, which interrupts the flow. Accessories are way too pricey, with basic items like a necklace costing 300 in-game dollars, and earning money in the game is incredibly slow. Most games reward only $2, and even by level 149, it barely increases to $4. The wait time for castle furniture is also really long at 3 hours, which is discouraging. Plus, it's easy to kill your pet

Good idea, poor execution. Every "free" item (along with the notification exclamation mark on the shop icon) is only free if you invite people, which makes sense for a social game, but at least get rid of the notification after I click on it. Also, it's super buggy. Somehow I have two pengus with my friend, but she only has one with me. So I have one pengu, just sitting, stuck on "waiting for XX".

Absolutely horrible game. I get notifications way too often to care for the pet and the little companion that's supposed to help satiate its need for affection, and food does absolutely nothing and takes too long to level. The gem wheel is rigged to never win more than 5 gems, and wayyyyy too many ads for everything!

the game is cute. however, the game is VERY buggy, which affects the overall experience. it doesn’t run as smoothly as it should, and there are noticeable glitches, making it hard to fully enjoy. the widget feature doesn’t display accurate information, such as how much food/ love the penguin needs. the mini games also don't work and just stop for no reason there are so many ads to the point it's so irritating. (also why does the app always want access to my contacts etc. ? quite concerning)

Well I think it helps with responsibility and Pengu would be perfect for people who need more responsibilities. the downside about this game is that you ALWAYS need to be loving and feeding it. I got angry a few times when I felt I constantly had I be playing Pengu. other that that I think it's a pretty good game to play! Advice? Here: don't ignore your pengu when it gives you notifications that your pengu is hungry or lonely, too many ignored notifications will cause you pengu to die. 🫰🤞🫶

Everytime I load into the app, it crashes before reaching 100% when it loaded onto the "City" background. I then have to reinstall the app and reload it. this is a fun game, but this needs to be fixed

it's a very cute app and I love the concept of it.. but it's super laggy. it has kicked me out of the app multiple times and it's super glitchy. and ontop of that, theres just to many ads. you get ads if you literally do anything.. like if you go to the games, go to the shop, ANYTHING. it wasn't for those two issues it would have 5 stars for me.

This game is fun with a significant other, however there are way too many bugs and issues that haven't been fixed. It feels like the devs don't care about the game at all. There's too many bugs to list them all here, but for example, during halloween, there was a notification about halloween costumes, but the halloween update never came and the costumes were never there. Another example is that you cannot scroll up in chat with your partner. This is hands down the buggiest game I have played.
