I know that some of you guys are facing problems with validating your codes, even I faced the same, so just raise a query and they'll get back to you and resolve the issue. The info provided in the PDFs and FAQs are really helpful for learning the subject. Overall it's a decent app which needs a bit more improvement when it comes to videos and their controls.

I'm not happy at all with this App. There is a network problem that occurs each time I attempt to log in. Whether I use mobile data or Wi-Fi, the same problem occurs. I can't utilise any of the features unless I sign in, which is annoying. To resolve these connectivity problems, this App requires a significant update. Before then, it's essentially useless. Kindly take care of this issue as quickly as you can.

I made a recent email id and password for this app. Filling up email id correctly with correct password but still this app is not opening through email id, it needs your phone number. I think they does something with the phone number, may be hack your gallery or files and folder. Beware of this kind of app, something is wrong with it.
A Google user
After installing the app i quickly tried to add the general anatomy book though the scratch code, but it just wouldn't take my code(the books were new). After that i tried to add volume 1 of BDC which thankfully was accepted, i browsed through the app for sometime and then i closed it. The app started misbehaving and all my content was miraculously turned to fairy dust. The customer care tab wont open. I reinstalled the app and suddenly my database(email and password) does not exist.

So i tried to register my bdc general anatomy handbook (new obviously) but it wouldn't validate. So i just registered a complaint to the customer care and they resolved it (provided a new code) within hours, that was really good. It would be nice if they added pdf of the books along with the provided mcqs. Since you can't always carry so many bulky books around.
