I’ve been trying to connect my WiFi radiators to the Android app, but it usually gets stuck at Step 2. Once, I reached Step 3, but it loaded endlessly before showing an error. It's impossible right now to register any rad via Android. Edit: After speaking with the UK factory, I learned this is a known issue. I had to use an iPhone, which also took 4–5 tries due to app problems. Once registered, the rads appeared in the Android app and seems working fine. The setup process needs improvement

Thought I would add a more recent review. I'll agree with one of the reviews that you need to connect to the towel radiator valve with iOS as I couldn't get it to work on Android. But once installed, it's been perfect to set a schedule which is what we wanted this for.

Nothing is finished on the app, bugs on most of the pages within the app. No chance to connect to terma Bluetooth towel radiator element as it doesn't have qr code or wifi connection. Only Bluetooth button. Phone finds it but says that i got to use the app which is useless at this stage.

awful beyond measure -nothing works on it and heating valve is therefore unusable. no tech support

Not working with terma Bluetooth towel radiator. As it request info which has nothing to do with the element... Phone connects to element, but it says to use app, but app doesn't allow to connect with it.
