Very good idea which saves a lot of time at gas stations, especially when you would have to wait in a line at the register. But talking about saving time: The payment processing in the app takes far too long. It's like the responding servers have only a dial in modem connection. Fix that and it's definitely 5 stars.

I love the app. It's fast and convenient, and I love the faces of the people standing behind me as I fuel up get in the car, wait a moment, and then drive off 🤣. One point of criticism (hence the 4 stars instead of five) would be that I'm missing the option to add a second car. We have 2 cars, and I can't separate them when checking the amount I paid for yearly. Would be awesome if you could add that option to get an overview per car. 😊

After initial registration, the app works great and flawlessly for refuelling at Turmoil stations in Austria.

This app and the ryd box are great additions to your vehicle. With ryd pay, it is now so easy to fill up your tank and go, without having to queue up at the counter to pay. Occasionally one also receives free credits for gas. The ryd box makes available a lot of valuable information about your vehicle directly on your phone, and add to the security through GPS alarm. In adddition to monitoring expenses, I can share live location with someone without having to spent battery and data on my phone.

I hate apps that make you register before you can see if the service is even available near you. Would give 0 stars if I could. EDIT: Of course there's not a single Ryd pay gas station near me and I installed and registered this app for nothing. You also can't sort stations by lowest price, so what is even the point? There are better apps that offer more functionality that don't include a completely useless subscription. I would now give -3 stars if that was possible. Colossal waste of time.

the paying process is slow. it's faster to wait in line at the counter rather than pay through the app The interface is good though, the only downside is that the location mark isn't sometimes visible, I need to press several times to "show my location" button

App design is not intuitive. Paying at participating gas stations worked without any problems. Ryd box does not work at all in my 2019 hyundai i30n. Fuel level is stuck at 98% always. Milage needs to be adjusted all the time, so no benefit at all. I get logged out of the app every second day, so the car alarm notifications also do not work. Support needs weeks to get back to questions, and the answers are just generic and not helping at all. 2 stars b/c payment works without problems.
