love this station... it's been my favorite for many years... best music in Grand Rapids..... I just recently picked up the app... I'm guessing it's really good to have when you're kind of on the go... personally for me the station has been an eye-opener to a lot of the great new music that's coming out... just in the past couple of years I learned about bands that I never knew about and I learned about them by listening to terrestrial radio so it was kind of like wow who was that, so it's great.

I hate the "initial ad" that plays before the stream starts. Why? Every time I get any activity on my phone, such as a call, notification, momentary network interruption, etc, the stream stops, but does not restart again. I have to hit pause, then play. Boom. 30 second ad triggered. I'm missing the show. This only happens about ten times an hour. Lately, it's always Kelly reading a spot for Service Professor, who I now despise. The app ad makes the show unlistenable, pushing away customers.

Keeps cutting in and out of the show. During commercials, 2 or 3 songs get played and even those get cut off. Also repeats when it pauses. Sometimes it stops on it's own and I have to hit play button again. Overall, the app, based on my experience, has seriously declined the past few months

This app is awful. Constantly playing music in the middle of commercial break in the morning, then cuts to the middle of the FBHW segment so I miss half of it. Today it keeps pausing itself and when I press play it takes me back about a minute before it paused. Really needs some work.

Once again, the app is buffering and then resetting....no live content, but if you like to hear the same annoying commercial over and over again, just keep clicking the listen live button....shocking they can get the commercials to work just not the content. Delete...bye

I only use this to listen to FBHW, probably going to use something else in the near future. This app is terrible as far and the audio streaming. It frequently stops playing, pauses or keeps playing songs in the commercial break and you miss half of the next segment. Plays the same song(s) during commercials (the same two for a day, then two more equally crappy songs alternated the next day). FIX IT!!!

A 30 second long video ad in an audio app is not ok, and you have to watch it. You cant even close your phone or it resets. Use RadioPup instead. Simple and works great.

it would be awesome if that after 2 to 15 minutes of listening it would continue to stream instead of cutting out and me having to re open the app and push play cuz its paused. or sometimes i think its paused and it's just a huge lag. app is very frustrating.
