Terrible I bought this earlier today. Hooked it all up. And ZERO difference. Waste of money. Complete useless. Tower is 15 miles strait line from my place. My question is, do I return this paper wieght to Best Buy 100 miles one way from me, or send to WeBoost. The product does NOTHING. Well the green light comes on. But zero different in signal.

Very helpful. But expensive. If not for your box we would have no phone or telephone or TV or internet at all, despite paying a phone company for these services. So despite the high price, working and worth every penny. Except during weather events. We had 2 go out. One with electrical storm and the other in normal weather. Is there something that causes them to go out after a year?

I've been trying to get this to work for over 2 years, and so far, I've never been able to get it to go higher than ( -110 dBm ) when I signal scan on my app. I have tried it in over 50 different campgrounds in 50 different towns and have never ever boosted my signal. I have finally decided to give up. Wasted $500 on a useless paper weight! DO NOT BUY WORTHLESS! CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER 30 TIMES AND THEY DON’T HAVE A CLUE, THEY ARE JUST AS USELESS AS THE BOOSTER.

I honestly don't get the purpose of the app... I have two weboost products and this app doesn't sync your phone directly to the booster or anything. The boosters work. Gave me another bar or two most of the time. The app gives you a signal strength tester but.. otherwise, it's pretty pointless.

I've been with my carrier Telus for 6 years. I live remote location, so i found a $799 cell phone booster on Amazon by Weboost. Before I buy it it recommends download this app to check band frequency. Well I load this app and clicked on the icon "FIND" at the bottom and it says "No Cell Tower Located Your SIM card is not yet supported. Unable to point to the nearest tower" So needless to say I will NOT be buying a WeBoost booster. It doesn't even know there's a sim card

Ive tried several times to use this cell booster with zero success. My cell will indicate one bar of service. I hook up all the parts of the booster, plug in the cell booster, turn it on, check app. The cell booster light turns green. And....absolutely no increase in cell service. Very disappointed.

I am having the same issues as others where it keeps crashing and unable to find cellsite tower and my location is enabled. I sent crashing report information each time. I will email support if continues. Thanks.

Constant freezing and crashing and says it is unable to determine location even though location services are definitely enabled. Tried rebooting and reinstalling, no change. Pixel 6 pro
