the bear who eats cookie
never works, won't let me create an account or sign into mine. I'm fully updated, and I'm such on the "fetching information" screen; which is just the loading screen. it's stupidly hard to navigate. why do I need to go onto a site to create the account instead of creating it inside the app? Oh, and when it did work, the tracking sucked. it would tell me it was already at the school when it hadn't even come yet. I don't recommend it at all.

this app is only good on the random days it works. most of the time it doesn't work. it says "no ETA" or "approaching" when the bus isn't approaching at all, it's still 9 miles away. my son's address was changed in the app by someone but we as parents can't change it so I can't change it back. this app was supposed to be helpful and give parents more security with their child. it does the opposite. only causes stress.

The notification icon looks like a baked chicken which brings me joy. I like to say "The chicken has picked up [child]." Goves me a ballpark time so I'm not freezing off my nickers waiting at the bus and not knowing when it'll be there. Sometimes it doesn't connect for a few minutes (I've seen as long as 9) but I can usually close and reopen the app and it'll update.

Been using this app for 3 years. The app rarely works. Either it's set to the incorrect bus, eta doesn't work, the bus stop is set wrong, the route is wrong, or some other issue. When you message their email support to correct the issue you are having it takes weeks to fix, if ever. I actually just got a reply from them on 2 issues I was having that I submitted months ago. This morning, yet again, the eta isn't working. It said, "inactive, no eta, no busses information is available". So useless.

very accurate information. peace of mind to know where my child is at while on the road. the last 2 days it has not worked at all. My android just had an update so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

The app worked greatly at first, but for the past couple of weeks, almost a full month, the ETA was always inactive, and instead of saying the actual distance, it's constantly stuck on 4.3 miles away. I used in-app email support about 2 weeks ago, but still no changes. I might put in another one, but until then, I highly doubt the ETA and distance is going to be fixed.

I have had several issues with this app over the years. My son's stop is often wrong, taking weeks to months to fix, often no ETA shows, and now I cannot add my daughter to the app. I have contacted support several times without a return message or a resolution. There isn't any help on the website, and their method to contact support is online. They claim prompt support, but that has not been my experience.

It automatically Scrolls in to right where the bus is instead of allowing you to keep it scrolled out so that you can see both where the bus is at and where you're at and have an idea of how far away it is just by looking at the map. Even if you scroll out a couple seconds later automatically Scrolls right back into the bus up really close
