The app is embarrassing. I'm a three-year season ticket member and know how to use apps, and it keeps getting more bugs. I can't even log into the app anymore. It's not reliable for getting into games. They seem to have changed how tickets are accessed, but they keep the old non-functional icons available just to confuse you. Crew, MLS, Ticketmaster? Do better. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and the bugs just get worse.

Clunky skin for Ticketmaster, and ticketmaster itself already clunky. Consistent issues accessing tickets, the ticketmaster login flashes like it's trying to login but can't. If you sell tickets for credit you have no access to that credit in the app. The deposit feature wouldn't save my bank info so I was forced to sell my tickets for credit. Terrible ticketing app is ruining the Crew experience, I won't bother with it anymore.

Update 2023: Still the worst app I've ever used. Constantly breaks. Refuses to log in to ticketmaster. This is a problem considering you can't get your tickets any other way. This app is an overall disaster and whoever created it should be fired App is a mess. Login doesn't work. Tickets don't show up. Atrocious rollout. Annoyed as a season ticket holder.

The new dropped version (23-Oct) was a huge improvement. If only we could get rid of the vultures like Ticketmaster.

Trying to navigate the app to find tickets is an awful experience. The app is slow and it bounces you out to a browser way too often. It took me 40 minutes to get 4 tickets into my Google wallet

App looks nice, but questionable functionality. I bought tickets 4 weeks ago in the app, and a week before the game, they are still not showing in the mobile ticketing. Contracting the crew, they claim they will be there any day... That has been the case for 2 weeks now. If they get the functionality fixed, I will revisit this review.

App is hot garbage. Every time I go to use the app it makes me log in and 75% of the time I get an error when trying to log in. Considering this is the only way I can get to my tickets to get in to the event it would be nice if the app would actually work to let me get my tickets. No trouble logging into the website so it's not a password issue

Frequently crashes. I have to enter my info multiple times before I can access my tickets for the game. If I had other options, I would use them instead, but unfortunately, I am forced to use this. Would be nice to get live updates during the game, like weather delays.
