Considering the price of Zennio products, this app ist a joke. IT takes a very long time to connect, often failing with a connection error. When switching between rooms the whole device reloadsbleading to even longer waiting times. There is no option to see all devices at once, it is forcing you to switch between rooms and constantly reload the whole thing. I would not have bought Zennio had I known that remote function is so poor. Edit: after the latest update the app won't load any devices.

I spent thousands of dollars on Zennio products for our smart home. Expected to be able to control everything off this phone app but it constantly keeps having connection issues as soon as it connects to the touch panel. Wouldn't recommend Zennio products to anyone if you want reliable phone access.

Painfully S L O W to load app on my Samsung S21 on 5G network. I'm talking like 5 mins + of "waiting for smart home system to load". Often won't even load at all despite multiple attempts. Ain't no-one got time for that!!! Waste of time, faster to just walk to the light switch.

I used to have Zennio 41 which worked okay. By contrast this app rarely connects to the home system and is very slow to connect if it does. Plenty of scope for improvement considering they already had an app that worked.

Please add the option to start/open a device of choice by default rather then me having to manually select it every time I open up the app. After that, 5 stars! Update: exactly what I wanted, gracias! ***** 5 stars *****

I see often the device (in a shared office) as offline, while others see it online. This happens on Android 11 (OxygenOS 11).
