The latest software & firmware update (3.0.165) was released in order to fix and improve eLAN-RF functions.
A proper installing of updated software guarantees a stable function of iHC applications with access to Cloud (it also works without cloud access).
In the local network, we recommend checking the FW update in eLAN RF 003 (Wi). A new functional firmware version for eLAN RF 003 (Wi) was uploaded to the update server.

Disappointing! Worse than previous version. Not able to download data from Elan, several units are missing, that work well from prevois app. No improvement on UI, still cannot arrange icons. --- 6 month after this is still the same garbage. Starting to regret that I have invested into Inels home automation.

Cannot add 2nd elan to connect from outside network. Fill info, click add and setting just go back to elan list...with one precious elan setting.... Previous app version i could, now cant. The most complicated piece of garbage for simple tasks.

Terrible, updates are failing, each spring or autum there are issues to handle before you end or start heating season. The HW works fine, the APP is a trash...

Please stop those useless updates, every time you update your app my system stop working and spend hours trying to make your app work again- anyway I will replace your smart home system very soon because of this Seriously why this has to be so complicated 😕 😪 🙃 😒 😐 🤦♂️👊👊👊👊👊👊👊👊

This app is actually useless. Wants to upgrade my elan rf 003 continuously and does not allow to use it.

Works good but design is terrible. Payouts of scenes are overlaping and so on. Google Pixel 8

Struggling like hell with this fw update. Im not really payed for beta testing. Pls fix asap. We do not have heating for 4 days!!!
