Not a proper app but a website wrapper. Upon accessing the support section, users are directed to the website, where the solution typically involves downloading the application. This creates a looping experience, and this is unfortunately a common issue in the Irish market. Terrible app that never works. Every time I try to pay my bill it won't work. When I click 'pay bill' the screen just jumps to the bottom where the company information page is. I've been trying for months to get this to work. The myeir website is no better. Have tried it on my phone, my two laptops and office computer, the same thing as the app happen when I try to pay bill.

Not an app. It's a basic webpage that doesn't work without having chrome installed. Either the Devs are simpletons or scam artists. Furthermore. It cannot process payments without using a Chrome webpage, totally defeating the purpose of this excuse for an app. The lack of function is so bad I am going to look into if it breaches contract. If so, I'M OUT! The web app domain is also HTTP not HTTPS. I have contacted ComReg I strongly urge others to do so.

Brutal, can't log in says some one else is logged in, told I have to register my account, won't let me do that as my account is already registered, and now can't log into my eir.ie because it says my email don't exist. So can't access my bills or pay, told by eir customer service try pay at post office, eir set back 30 years, back to the most incompetent company in the history of the state. Shame on this company, avoid when your contract is up. don't pay your bills if you can't see them.

An absolute nightmare of an app. passwords never work, so I can't access the bill. ye might solve these issues fast. It never works hardly. How do you expect people to view their bills.. A joke of an app. Have done everything to try and log in and nothing happening. Just fix it..🤨 Doesn't deserve even one star.

This isn't an app. This is just a website. When I open it, my browser goes to the Eir website and it stays there. This is an app not created for Eir customers but more to make investors happy: "Look! We also have an app like Virgin and our other competitors. Please give us your monney!"... A favorite/Shortcut even does a better job because at least it doesn't ask me to login every time I click on it. Is this the Irish excellence? That's what "peak Irish company" looks like? Regrets.

For the love of God choose a different service provider. This is one of the worst preforming apps I have ever used in my life I never works and when it does it takes 20 minutes to load something ad simple as your phone number. If you or anyone you know is considering switching to eir , Don't.

Cannot change and explore options for roaming packages and add them to account app, have to call customer service especially considering that their web link to their roaming page also does not work. Joke of an app, and you will be lucky if you can even log on and not get stuck on a photo of the eir logo, their Web page maintenance is clearly a joke too. The positive "reviews" here are clearly not by impartial individuals.
